All sales are final. Due to some items being custom, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Sal's Crafty Designs ships out of Southern California. Shipping prices are based on product weight. Current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks (not including weekends and/or holidays). We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We have no control over how mail carriers handle packages once they leave our shop. If anything happens during transit, the customer must handle that with the postal carrier. Thank you for understanding.
